(PAATGLI) where she also serves as a resource speaker on international protocol, cultural sensitivity, and other tourism-related topics. Sylvia often represents PAATGLI and actively participates in various DOT NCR-initiated stakeholders forums and focused group discussions. She was among the few regional guides tapped to handle the APEC Ministerial Meeting Spouses Group in 2015. She is now also a Regional Lead Assessor for TESDA Tour Guiding Services NC3.”
