1. All applications received after 5:00 p.m. will be processed starting 8:00 a.m. the following work day. Bookings are processed only on work days.
  2. INCLUSIONS: Exclusive use of Tranvia, driver, and fuel only.

  4. The reservation shall be made not later than FIVE (5) DAYS prior to the rental of Tranvia.
  5. PAYMENT METHOD – The Intramuros Administration (IA) shall accept full payment of the fees through the available payment platforms within and not later than 24 hours upon issuance of the IA order of payment.
  6. CHANGE OF SCHEDULE AND/OR POSTPONEMENT –  In case of transfer of schedule and/or postponement of reservation, the client is required to submit a written request through email and subject to availability of the new schedule. The request must be submitted not later than five (5) days prior to the confirmed schedule.
  7. CANCELLATION – In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation for any reason the client is not entitled to any refund.
  8. ROUTE – Strictly within Intramuros only. The client will decide on the route, subject to restrictions of the IA should there be any events/functions that might be affected by the suggested route.
  9. Other terms and conditions
  • Subject to the payment of entrance fees at Fort Santiago, Baluarte de San Diego and Casa Manila Museum (Php75 for adults, Php50 for students, PWDs and senior citizens).
  • The IA reserves the right to regulate the number of passengers of the Tranvia. The maximum number of passengers is 20 pax only.
  • The client shall properly observe cleanliness and orderliness inside the vehicle and shall strictly observe the rules and regulations imposed by IA.
