Overview A lecture on Republic Act No. 11313, which unlike the Anti- Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, covers all forms of gender- based sexual harassment (GBSH) committed in public spaces including privately-owned establishments open to the public, educational or training institutions, workplaces, and online space. This law also includes acts committed by strangers, peers, superiors to subordinates, and subordinates to superiors.

About the Guest Speaker: Shang Quezon
Atty. Shangrila C. Quezon is currently the Manager (Attorney V) of the Legal Services Division of the Legal Department at the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority. She has a BA in Political Science Cum Laude from the University of San Carlos, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Lyceum of the Philippines University. She was admitted to the bar in 2011.
