Earl Louis A. Sempio, M.D., F.P.C.P., F.P.C.C.P. is a Filipino physician. Dr. Sempio is currently an instructor at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Medicine and Surgery (FMS), as well as an assistant professor at the Oceania University of Medicine. At the UST Hospital he is the unit head at the UST Hospital Center for Respiratory Medicine Media and Resource Creation Unit, a coordinator at the Department of Medical Education and Research Continuing Medical Education Unit, and a member at the Residency Training Committee of the hospital’s Department of Internal Medicine. From UST he has a BS in Biochemistry and a Doctor of Medicine, while from the Northwestern University School of Professional Studies in Chicago, Illinois he currently completing an MS in Science in Health Informatics.

The Intramuros Learning Sessions (ILS) is the educational webinar series of the Intramuros Administration (IA). The IA is an attached national government agency under the Department of Tourism. 

Topics are interdisciplinary and cover themes related to Intramuros and Manila studies, Philippine studies, as well as cultural heritage studies. Pursuant to IA’s charter, the ILS aims to contribute to the strengthening of the Filipino’s national identity and sense of belonging and pride.
