Rancho Arcilla, Planning Officer of IA’s Planning and Management Division left for India from 20-29 November 2016 to represent the Philippines in the 2016 ASEAN-India Student Exchange Program. Arcilla was one of the 23 delegates selected to represent the country for the nine-day student exchange program. Organized by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Confederation of Indian Industries, and the ASEAN Secretariat, the program seeks to promote closer ties among ASEAN countries and India through cultural exchanges.
