In celebration of its 9th Anniversary, Intramuros Administration Employees Association (INTRADEA) conducted an outreach service for children with special needs at St. John of God Special School in Quiapo, Manila last December 7, 2017.

Officers and members of INTRADEA held a short but meaningful program for the forty four (44) students of the institution.  Selected children from the special school performed the doxology to the delight of IA employees.  Engr. Victor B. Reyes, an INTRADEA member who is an electrical engineer by profession, presented a magic show and was truly enjoyed by the children.  Everyone actively participated in the games.  As a reward, they were treated to a hearty lunch and was entertained by a dance number.

Vicente O. Santos, Jr., INTRADEA President, turned over the cash donation for the children of St. John of God Special School to its principal, Sister Beverly Galo.  After the event, each child went home with a big grateful smile and a bag of toys and school supplies in tow.

The event, organized by the officers and hosted by Lailani S. Hernandez, INTRADEA Vice-President, not only touched the lives of these children but brought great pleasure to the association members who went back to the office feeling blessed and looking forward to more outreach programs by the association.
